The restoration of the listed historic garden has transformed this private space into a public urban park. Old trees rescued from a violent storm have been combined with new plantings. Elements of the past, such as the metal greenhouse, the pond, the false concrete rockeries, the aviaries, the pebble mills, the bamboo grove and the rose garden, have been restored and enhanced. Various meeting spaces with unobstructed views over the landscape have been created. Two contemporary staircases provide access between the top of the hill to the north and the bottom to the south. The result is a colorful, serene atmosphere, with perfectly integrated furniture and inviting walkways.
